Position Overview:As the General Manager, Port Operations & Marine Logistics, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations for our port and terminal facilities. This includes overseeing all aspects of port and terminal management, vessel operations, client relations, and logistics, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of bulk, breakbulk, containerized, and project cargoes. You will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, optimizing cost control, and ensuring that the company’s goals align with industry standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage port and terminal operations, including container, bulk, and breakbulk cargo management.

  • Oversee the management of towing operations for offshore FSO, FLNG, FPSO units, and harbor operations.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the execution of operational budgets, cost control processes, and ensure profitability.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in port operations, marine logistics, or related fields, including leadership roles.

  • Extensive experience in managing terminal operations and maritime logistics, specifically in oil & gas, container, and bulk cargo handling.

  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of vessel planning, port operations, towing operations (offshore/onshore), and project cargo management.
